You decide whether you would like to let them adopt your baby.We are here for you to help make the decision that best suits your needs.![]() Charles and Sue
We are Charles and Sue from Northern California. Thank you for taking the time to read our letter and learn more about us. We met on a bowling league eight years ago, quickly became best friends, fell in love and were married May 2000. Shortly after we met, we began discussing our shared desire to have children. We adopted our daughter Stephanie at birth in February 2002. Stephanie has filled our home with even more love and laughter than we ever thought possible! We are now hoping that open adoption will fulfill our dream of becoming parents once again. OUR INTERESTS: ABOUT US: Charlie was born in Toledo, Ohio and moved to California when he was seven years old. He attended high school and college in California. Charles now works for Federal Express as a courier. His Monday through Friday work schedule allows him to spend time with his family. Charles is a terrific handyman and loves to work with wood. He has lots of projects in mind for both inside as well as outside the house! He has already added a shed to the side of the house. Sue is a California native. She was born in San Francisco and has lived in the Bay Area most of her life. She graduated from high school in Daly City and attended college in San Mateo. Sue enjoys doing needlework, crafts, gardening, and decorating the new house. Sue absolutely loves being a stay at home mom. Stephanie is a very happy, healthy, and energetic little girl. She would love a little brother or sister. Family traditions and friendships are very important to both of us. Our extended family and friends are all very excited to welcome a new child into our family. We believe that developing a spiritual side is important and provides us with an inner strength that will help us throughout our life. We were married, and had Stephanie baptized at the same church Charles attended when he was a child. His Grandparents were founders of the church, and his mom is still very active and involved.
OUR HOME: We recently moved into a four-bedroom home in the Sacramento Valley to be nearer to our family. We decorated two of the walls of Stephanie's bedroom with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger and Roo. We loved working on this project together and are excited to create a special room for the new baby. We like our community because it is friendly and safe, with great schools and parks, and a variety of activities for children of all ages and interests. One of the qualities we treasure most about our home is the large yard and lawn. We love having family cookouts, play dates, or just spending time as a family in our backyard and garden. FINALLY... We can only imagine what a difficult decision you are making. Please know that we will love, nurture, and cherish your baby with all our heart. As parents we believe in being patient and understanding, providing a safe place for our children to develop and grow. Thank you for considering us as prospective parents, If you would like to contact us, please notify our attorney Susan Romer at the Law Offices of Adams & Romer at 1-800-U-ADOPT-US(1.800.823.6788). Sincerely, Charlie and Sue ![]() Back to "Families"
